While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, VELOURA COLLECT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VELOURA COLLECT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, VELOURA COLLECT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
