RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At VELOURA COLLECT, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and include original tags and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at velouracollectco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
- Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order once it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at velouracollectco@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed items
- Items returned without original packaging/tags
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
